The Repository is PandaDoc’s central hub for all previously created documents. Unlike Home, which focuses on active tasks, the Repository is retrospective — used to find past work, reuse templates, and manage the content library.

For companies generating 40+ documents a week, managers had access to hundreds of documents. Finding the right one — and managing it efficiently — was a daily source of friction.

What a document can report

The inventory built while scoping the document card: every signal already held about a sent document, grouped by the question it answers. Only the branches that tell a rep what to do next reached a shipped surface — summary, engagement score and metadata stayed on the board.

Who gets warned and through which channel, and the two states a document can be in — about to expire, and expired — with the actions offered in each. Gold marks what was still an open question when the board was parked.
