13 status tabs, zero guidance — new users were lost on day one. I regrouped statuses, built configurable tabs, and surfaced analytics inline.

The dashboard is a high-level overview of account document activity, with live statuses covering every stage of the deal cycle — serving both individual contributors and managers overseeing team progress.

It was also the first thing new users saw after sign-up. I joined mid-project to lead UI and logic — and ended up shaping the product’s most visible surface for its broadest audience.
