Fewer than half of new users placed a first order. I designed a gamified 30-day activation program that turned the first order into a habit.

Product Overview

{{ t }}

Bingo is a gamified activation program for new business locations in their first 30 days on Cubbi — a 3×3 task grid tied to two reward tiers, built to make activation something to play for.

The first version shipped on paper in two weeks. After launch I ran the impact analysis: 15 Bingo orgs versus 14 matched controls, roughly 1,300 users per group, across activation, ordering, and retention.
